Chelsea defeated Salzburg 2-1 to earn a spot in the UEFA Champions League U16.

After overcoming Salzburg yesterday by a score of 2-1, Chelsea football club qualified for the U16 stage for the eighth time in their previous nine UEFA Champions League campaigns.

The Blues’ dominance in the opening minutes of the beautiful game as they searched for goals was to be expected.

Chances were created, but the aggressive Salzburg goalkeeper, who had a better phase of Chelsea’s new striker Aubamuyang, stopped all of them.

The first goal, though, came as a surprise after Kovacic fully capitalized on a Salzburg defensive blunder and drilled the ball into the top corner.

Adamu scored the equalizer with a tap-in after receiving an unbelievable assist from Salzburg as a result of this.

Before Kai Havertz smashed in another stunning goal to the top corner to secure Chelsea’s U16 qualification, Chelsea struggled to make a comeback.
