Bola Tinibu’s presidential partner Abubakar Atiku criticizes him, saying, “We don’t need a Ghost President.”
Bola Tinibu has taken a lot of heat from Atiku Abubakar, one of the 2023 presidential aspirants.
Due to Tinibus’ absence from the majority of their events—and the fact that he is well-known for being represented by his running mate—he described him as an absent candidate.
He said this via his spokesperson Phrank Shaibu, Atiku, who also said that voters won’t choose a “ghost President” in 2023.
He went on to provide more justifications for his weaknesses and provided other arguments against Tinibu’s support from Nigerians.
He said, in his own words:
“His aides spoke more than he did at the event, an indication that he didn’t even need to be there in the first place.”
“Clearly Tinubu plans to run a proxy government in the unfortunate event that he wins the presidential election”.
