When Gerard Pique quits from football, he says goodbye to Barcelona.

Gerard Pique, a legendary Spanish defender, broke down in tears after saying his final goodbyes to Barcelona Football Club, where he spent his formative years.

The thrilling game against Almeria yesterday, which the Spain Giants won by a score of two goals, served as the defender’s final official game in the professional game.

The musician expressed his genuine concern for the club’s well-being while speaking to the crowd at Camp Nou while in tears, saying that he was born in the club and will eventually pass away there.

After several years and some pleasant recollections, he voiced his grief at leaving FC Barcelona and made a pledge that he might return.

He stated:

“In life, when you get older, you realize that sometimes to love is to let go. I’m convinced that I’ll be here again in the future”. 🔵🔴

“I love Barça. That’s why I consider it’s the right moment to go. This is not a goodbye. I was born here, I’ll die here”
